THE 2019 New World IGA Suva netball business house competition is expecting a tough tournament come October 22, 2019.

Suva Netball Association secretary Lusi Rokoura said they were expecting 28 teams to register.

“Registration closes next week Monday, October 21, and the Knockout Opening is held on Tuesday, October 22,” Rokoura said.

“So far the numbers are increasing with defending champions Fiji National Provident Fund registered again together with teachers, BSP, RBF, Kontiki Finance, Forum Secretariat, International school teachers and Gospel teachers as well.

“Traditional business house teams, including Fiji Sports Council and Australian High Commission, are joining again this year. The University of the South Pacific and FNU are joining this year along with Hot Bread Kitchen and Swire Shipping.”

Rokoura said they hoped to get more business houses on board because there were many health benefits that were a major concern.
