THE Tertiary Scholarship and Loans Board (TSLB) has reassured members of the public that there are 970 National Toppers Scheme (NTS) scholarships available for students wishing to enroll in programs that are part of the twelve priority areas of the government.
TSLB chief executive officer Bobby Maharaj said this was comprised of 20 scholarships for overseas studies and 950 scholarships for studies locally.
He made the comment in light of the current false information being circulated on the social media and said it was important that the matter be clarified to prevent Fijian’s being misled and misinformed.
