THE Poetry Slam is a platform where competitors and participants can freely express themselves without any judgment.
It is an initiative of the Poetry Shop Fiji which attracted a lot of poetry enthusiasts to showcase their poems through self-expression as this was held last Thursday at Traps Bar Suva.
Organizer Amelia Rigsby said this month’s poetry slam had featured six participants and six competitors .
The winners for the event were Krystelle Danford, Atueta Rabuka (1st runner up) and Ronisha Bhattacharyya (2nd runner up)
