Second call for election petition case

THE second call case on the results of the 2018 General  Election is ready to be called at the High Court in Suva.

The Social Democratic Liberal Party (SODELPA) and the National Federation Party (NFP) had filed for a petition on the results earlier this week.

It is understood that petitioner counsel Filimoni Vosarogo had served the Supervisor of Elections and also attempted to serve the second respondent who was general secretary of the FijiFirst party.
