Primary school IDC: Ba and Suva wins U12 and U14 titles

THE 43rd Vodafone Fiji Primary Schools Football Association Inter District Championship ended at Churchill Park in Lautoka today.

Ba won the under-12 title after defeating Labasa 1-0 in the final.

Namosau Methodist School student Jone Ralulu was the hero for the ‘Junior Men in Black’ scoring the lone goal in the fourth minute.

Suva took out the U14 title after beating Nadroga 4-3 in the final following a penalty shoot-out.

Both teams remained scoreless at mandatory time.

Holy Trinity Primary School student McArthur Kuma scored the winning penalty for the Southerners.

The date and the venue for next year’s event will be announced next week.
