Update: 12:39AM SEMI Kunatani scored a hattrick of tries to give the Vodafone Fiji sevens side victory over Samoa in their second pool game of the HSBC Sevens World Series London Sevens.
Kunatani scored two tries in the first half to give Fiji a 14-7 lead at half time.
He crossed over again in the second half for his hattrick to give Fiji a 21-7 lead.
Samoa came back into the game with an unconverted try but the Fijians proved too much for the Samoans when Amenoni Nasilasila crossed over for a try in the dying stages of the match.
Fiji defeated their Pacific Island neighbours 26-12 as they head towards a spot in the top eight teams for the Cup quarterfinals.
The Vodafone Fiji side will play the much improved Canadian side in its final pool match after three hours.
