FIJI will play USA in the final of the HSBC Cape Town 7s after bundling out hosts South Africa 17-12 in their semi final match.

The side won the match in the last 30 seconds following a South African knock on at halfway.

Scrum to Fiji and speedster Alosio Naduva went through running around two South African defence.

The hooter sounded and Fiji took the conversion but missed.

Despite coach Gareth Baber’s wish of better discipline, Fiji’s games have been marked with a card in each game of the tournament.

The last 90 seconds of the semi final match was played with six players after Vatemo Ravouvou was sent away for using his shoulder in a tackle.

Fiji’s other try scorers were Vilimoni Botitu and Waisea Nacuqu.

USA beat defending champions New Zealand to book their final spot.

The final will be played at 6.44am Fiji time.
