Listen to this article:

FIJI Airways national men’s sevens rugby team defeated Kenya 38-7 in its second pool match of the HSBC Cape Town 7s in South Africa.

It earlier beat France 50-0.

The side scored seven tries to Kenya’s one to clinch its second victory in the tournament.

But while coach Gareth Baber stressed on discipline, Fiji’s Meli Derenalagi copped a yellow during the match.

Derenalagi was penalised for a deliberate knock on. The 20 year old however scored two tries in the match.

Fiji’s other tries came from Alosio Naduva, Kalione Nasoko and Ssvuloni Mocenacagi.

Fiji meets England in its final match of Pool C at 5am Fiji  time.
