Fijiana team lands in Colorado; President wishes team well

THE Fiji Airways Fijiana team has landed in Denver Colarodo for the 2018-2019 Women’s World Sevens series.

Headed by coach Ro Alifereti Doviverata, the team looks forward to their first training under the leadership of their new coach.

Fijian President Major General (Ret’d) Jioji Konrote wished the team well for this weekend’s tournament.

“Your participation in the first leg of the series will set the tone for the rest of your games throughout the Women’s World Sevens series competitions,” Mr Konrote said.

Fiji is pooled with Canada, France and Ireland.
