FIJI Fashion Week today launched its rebranded logo and members of the public should expect greater things for the show to come next-year.

FJFW managing director Ellen Whippy-Knight said the fashion industry touched everyone whether they realised it or not.

“Fashion is engrained into our daily lives under many levels, and for many of us it has become our identity,” Ms Whippy-Knight said.

“Designers take inspiration from all that surrounds them, their designs are a manifestation of the intimacy of place and tradition.”

She said FJFW was an evolving and successful event that not only showcased Fijian imagination and creativity, but it also combined visibility and accessibility.

The show will be held from May 20-30 at the Vodafone Arena in 2020.
