It would be a clash of two unbeaten team’s when Navala and Nailaga contest in the Cup final of the Ba Rugby Union club games today.

Navala beat Duiyasana to advance to the finals while Nailaga pipped Sorokoba to book their spot in the final.

“The level of competition has gone up this year which is evident in how team’s execute their brand of rugby,” said unions secretary Gabriel Kautoga.

He added more than 12 weeks of club games competition would conclude this week as they prepare to kick-start their Tikina Championship, early next month.

“We also face Lautoka for the last challenge in the Vanua Trophy Challenge next week.

“We acknowledge the support from the fans, supporter’s and the competing teams in making the club games competition a successful one.”

Kautoga added the Cup final would see a contrasting style of rugby as Nailaga would play a more structural game relying heavily on their forwards while Navala boasts players who compete at top level 7s competition and would be a good game to watch.

In the plate final Vatutavui will play against Vadravadra while Koroboya take on Bukuya in the bowl final.

All games would be played at the Ba Market grounds.
