CIVIL Society Organisations say Government should own up if it has no money to help Fijians affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and recent cyclones.

Fiji Women’s Crisis Centre co-ordinator Shamima Ali said they were ready to assist the State if it needed their help. “Government needs to come clean and tell the people the truth,” Ms Ali said.

The CSOs claimed there was a lot of uncertainty about the state of the economy and the future direction being taken.
