The team has already expanded their prospects for World Cup qualification through a 1-0 win against the Solomon Islands last month at the HFC Bank Stadium in Suva along with a defiant three-all draw against Papua New Guinea on their home turf on Thursday.

The top two teams from the group will qualify for the semi-finals in New Zealand in March next year.
The winner of the competition gets a direct tickets to the FIFA World Cup next year while the runner-up goes through to the next stage of the qualifiers.
