A TOTAL of 68 voters out of the 83 registered participated in the pre-polls at Vunidologoa Village, Korolau District in Cakaudrove yesterday.
Village headman Sailosi Ramatu said in the 2014 general election, they had voted on poll day.
“This time is different. We were part of the pre-polls and had two hours for villagers to vote,” Mr Ramatu said.
“It was a good time for us according to the number of voters we had in the village.”
He said villagers had made a decision to vote for the government that would serve them well.
“We want someone to look after us properly and provide services for our village,” he said.
The village was relocated to its current location back in January 2014.
