As we begin the legendary Coca-Cola Games at the ANZ Stadium in Suva, memories of school team synergy, exhilarating adrenalin and fun, teasing and spoiling chants, breathtaking cheerleaders and comedians with flags and dances come flooding back.
During our time, it was always Suva and Tailevu schools up for top spots, but today our Western schools are the defending champions and as Fiji watches and cheers our youths on, may the best team win, and the best rowdy, caring, cheering squad be acknowledged.
My heart is always with ACS, but as a westerner, my best wishes to Jasper, SVC, and Natabua.
